The Allied Health curriculum is designed to prepare students for a variety of allied health careers and training programs.
What, or who, are allied healthcare professionals? A term used to classify up to 100 different healthcare careers, allied health workers are defined as any medical professional besides doctors and nurses. Medical Biller/Coders, Massage Therapists, Chiropractors, & Lab Assistants all fall into this field.
Allied health professionals are a diverse group of over 80+ specialized, non-nurse, non-physician healthcare providers who diagnose, treat, and rehabilitate patients using evidence-based practices. They constitute nearly 60% of the U.S. healthcare workforce, working in clinical, diagnostic, and administrative roles to support patient care and health system management. Allied healthcare careers are varied, and each is unique in its job description, but are generally growing, in-demand fields in today’s economy.
Allied healthcare careers require technical knowledge and skills; at SAHI, students learn to perform practical skills by doing, not just reading. Under the supervision of experienced industry instructors, SAHI students gain hands-on practice in a supervised environment. All programs are designed to be completed in a relatively short amount of time, and courses are offered days, evenings, and on the weekends.

Our team is made up of experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional educational services. We work closely with our students to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.
SAHI's instructors create lesson plans, conduct practical evaluations, and mentor students on career paths. They ensure curriculum compliance with industry accreditation standards. They have significant clinical experience, requiring many years of teaching combined with full-time healthcare practice.
